Throughout, the color photographs and descriptions are clear and easy to follow. The book is comprehensive without becoming overwhelming (unlike many yoga books out there that get lost in "yoga philosophy"). I think this book makes yoga accessible to a complete novice, and I am enjoying the way yoga stretches my muscles and improves flexibility.
